Even if the other party has warned of such damages or issues, we are not liable for harm resulting from using One Window Packaging, any delays or inability to use the website or any data, information, software, products, or services obtained through our website. One Window Packaging is also not liable for any losses, damages, or claims originating from this agreement or the use of our website beyond the amounts customers have paid for their orders and requests, including negligence.

Policy for returning products and refunds

Our return policy states that you must notify us within three working days of receiving your order if you discover any product problems or if the delivered boxes do not match the specifications you asked for. You can also obtain a reprint of the entire order, even though we won't give you a credit or refund. However, reprinting your first order is contingent upon identifying any delivery-related defects. You must provide digital documentation of the fault if you discover that the things you ordered are defective.

Our team of professionals will investigate whether the fault originated with us or if the clients misled them. We will also reprint your initial order if the company is able to provide evidence of it. However, if the customer is responsible, the client will cover all reprinting costs. You must also return the entire order within 7 working days of order delivery to be eligible for this benefit.

Terms and conditions for order placement, payment, and order cancellations

All product prices are presented in US dollars (USD) on this website. Consequently, you will need to use the same currency for all order payments. We don’t process your printing and packaging orders until you pay in full for all costs, shipping and handling fees, and taxes using our accepted payment methods. This is because we offer personalized printing, packaging, and other services. We also require users and buyers to approve the electronic proof of their custom boxes as part of the order placement procedure.

After you approve the proof, we send printing tasks to the press department. After you approve the proof and send the project to the printer, you cannot change the artwork files or job specifications. You only have four hours to cancel your purchase after the proof is accepted. If the order is canceled early, 5% of the order total will be charged. We cannot guarantee order cancellations after 24 hours.

Design orders

One Window Packaging does not offer credits or refunds for any design service. There are also no refunds on any orders for designing.

Terms and conditions for artwork/file submission

Our creative design team creates hard copies and electronic proofs of customer artwork. The final artwork should be CMYK and 300 dpi. We will not be responsible for distorted, pixilated, or fuzzy printing when we convert your files if you do not provide 300-dpi CMYK artwork.

Your artwork must be print-ready, including page alignment and orientation changes. We also take every precaution to protect your submitted artwork. However, you cannot hold us responsible for any loss or damage.

You also acknowledge that you own all components of your artwork and have permission from relevant parties to use their data in writing by submitting it to our website. We may refuse any order we consider to be unlawful or to have breached third-party copyrights. Ownership of information or resources you provide for command execution is also your responsibility. We can also refuse orders without explanation. In particular, we will not publish offensive, indecent, or inappropriate information.

Color accuracy and proofs

One Window Packaging clients must approve printed products and service proofs. We never submit a custom box to the media without the client's consent. Customer accounts must be logged in to validate proofs. However, delays caused by late or no approval of hard copy or digital proofs are not our responsibility. You also need to remember that the turnaround time on our website starts when you approve the proof.

You must thoroughly review the evidence before approving it. Compare it to your original file to check content, spacing, font style, final text, bleeds, punctuation, photo placement, and layout. Remember, digital proofs do not show transparency, RGB/Pantone to CMYK conversions, or print issues. UV lamination may affect printed colors. Therefore, we are not liable for any modifications to laminated products’ printing or colors. Each client is responsible for their final and authorized proofs.

We will try to match the colors in the graphic files, but we cannot guarantee density. Picture ink and printing requirements limit color reproduction accuracy. However, we strive to match color density according to your requirements. We are also not responsible for color differences between graphic files and completed products. Our team denies reprint requests for printing-related color discrepancies.

Sales tax policy

Sales tax is a fee we impose on all types of orders for our clients. Please remember to bring your tax exemption certificate when placing the order if you are eligible for one.

Order shipping and delivery

One Window Packaging provides the following product options when placing an order:

• Standard ground shipping is without any charges within the 48 contiguous states (shipping time not guaranteed).
• Our team ships normally 10–14 business days after the final proof is approved.
• We don’t guarantee standard service shipping times.
• We ship priority orders in a guaranteed 8 business days.
• Our team will send products within 8 business days following final proof clearance.
• We guarantee EXPRESS Shipping within 6 business days.
• Ground shipping is provided for free in the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping timings will always be extended by one business day if final proof approval is not received by 11:00 AM EST.

One Window Packaging prints and ships orders promptly. Under no circumstances will One Window Packaging be responsible for any fallout or losses brought on by a delay in the manufacturing, shipment, or delivery of the products that have been purchased.

Our customers agree that One Window Packaging shall not be responsible for shipment delays resulting from shipping company delays, weather, technical difficulties, problems with international customs, or any other events outside of One Window Packaging's direct control. We determine dates of shipment and delivery using information from our suppliers and the most current order history.

One Window Packaging will always adhere to delivery schedules. On the other hand, unplanned equipment malfunctions or technical issues could cause delays in the printing or shipping procedures. We will reimburse or waive any applicable rush or expedited fees if there are delays in the printing or shipping procedures. We don’t allow order cancellations resulting from delays in the printing or delivery procedures.

Every customer of One Window Packaging agrees to cover all applicable customs charges and fees for products transported to their specified locations. Customers are in charge of making plans to pass customs for products that we ship outside of the US.

One Window Packaging does everything in its power to ensure that everything is ideal for the consumers, who are jointly stressed about both pricing and quality. We are ready to offer the greatest quality at a reasonable price because of this. As a result, we maintain production facilities across the globe and always keep our clients in mind. We have production facilities operating in nearly every region of the world, but Asia is the most significant of all, particularly South Asia, where products of excellent quality and reasonable prices are consistently accessible. You don't have to worry about shipping costs because we guarantee to deliver the product right to your door at no additional cost.

Damaged and lost packages

Customers should check all packages for any obvious damage or missing products (when compared to the items mentioned on the accompanying packing papers or invoices) before accepting delivery. Customers should notify One Window Packaging and the delivery courier at the time of delivery that any items are faulty or missing. If the customer does not register a claim for damage or missing items within three business days of the order delivery, we will not be held liable. Moreover, shipment damage or faults made by third parties in delivery are not the responsibility of One Window Packaging.

We provide a few extra pieces with every order at no additional cost. Shipments of rare orders can contain a few pieces less than what was ordered. Trade regulations for printing permit underages or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, we advise consumers to order 10% more than what is needed if the precise quantity is necessary.

There will be additional handling and shipping fees if a shipment needs to be reshipped because the customer entered the incorrect mailing address.
