Free Shipping

We provide safe and free shipping to clients in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, and the UK. Customers in these areas get free shipping. However, we will ship all printing and packaging products to international clients for a small price.

Standard Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time for standard orders is 8-10 working days. However, this period starts when you approve the ordered product digital proofs. In case you need urgent delivery of your desired products, we have the facility of rush delivery. We can send rush orders in no more than 8 working days with a small extra fee.

Wrong Address

Please give precise shipping details to ensure quick delivery of your item. If a client offers an erroneous address that the Courier Company cannot deliver, the shipment will be returned. In this case, the client must pay to reship the order to the new address.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a cargo is unclaimed by the client, it will be returned to our organization. The client must pay for order reshipment.

  • One Window Packaging prints and ships orders promptly. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, political circumstances, government authorities, or incorrect order details and shipping addresses provided by clients.
  • Our team determines dates of shipment and delivery for One Window Packaging using information from our suppliers and the most recent order history.

We will adhere to delivery schedules to ensure the timely delivery of your products. On the other hand, unplanned equipment malfunctions or technical issues may cause delays in the printing or shipping procedures. One Window Packaging will reimburse and waive any applicable rush or expedited fees if there are delays in the printing or shipping procedures. However, we don't allow order cancellations resulting from delays in the printing or delivery procedures.

Every One Window Packaging customer agrees to cover all applicable customs charges and fees for products transported to their specified locations. Customers are in charge of making plans to pass customs for products that we ship outside of the US.
