Return and Cancellation Policy

We recognize that you may need to return or cancel an order. This policy addresses any difficulties you may experience. This policy applies to all One Window Packaging orders and does not impact Consumer Protection Act rights.

We personalize our products and services to user specifications. Thus, we encourage clients to report any anomalies or problems in the given products. Contact orders@onewindowpackaging.com within 3 business days after receiving your order.

Company-attributed product defects

We will reprint the entire order if a product problem is confirmed on our end. We determine the defect and accountability. Clients must return the entire order within 7 working days, paying for delivery. Customers need to supply digital photos of flaws and documentation for order reprinting.

Customer-attributed defects

A client needs to return the complete order if a cash refund is requested for customer-attributed faults. We will deduct shipping, product setup, printing, and billing expenses from refunds.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be canceled by One Window Packaging before it is printed or shipped. Nevertheless, once an item has been dispatched, you can't cancel any order. During the various stages of production, you may cancel orders. However, there will be a cancellation fee. Our trained customer care team will disclose any cancellation fees to you.

The following are the different stages of the manufacturing process:

  • You may place an order online.
  • Our design department reworks orders.
  • The press receives orders.
  • The shipping company picks up and ships the orders.

Before stage 2, you may refund all orders. If you decide to cancel an order within the first stage, we will charge you $15 + 5% of the total sum to cover the costs of our design department, bank fees, and payment processing. Similarly, orders canceled at stage 2 will have a minimum 20% of the entire order amount taken out as cancellation fees to cover the costs incurred by our design department. We will not guarantee order cancelation once an order reaches stage 3. However, it is still possible to try to cancel an order. A minimum of 50% of the entire order value will be subtracted to reimburse costs if the user wishes to cancel the order while it is still in stage 3. You can't cancel an order after it has reached stage 4. Moreover, you need to inform us about the order cancellation within 12-24 hours.
